Find YOUR Road to Health and Wellness

“Jamie’s gentle encouragement and support has helped me to find my own path to wellness. Her acceptance that we are all unique and that there is no “one size fits all approach” has empowered me to embrace my own journey and to remember that it won’t look like someone else’s. Thank you for helping me to realize what being healthy feels and looks like!”

Hi, I'm Jamie!

Jamie received her bachelor's in Elementary/Special education at SUNY Geneseo in NY and her Master's in Literacy education from St. John Fisher in NY. It was through her journey with breastfeeding that Jamie became passionate about nutrition and created curiosity about getting to the root cause of symptoms. She has a personal journey with food sensitivities, gut health and breastfeeding and the impact nutrition and gut health has on our daily lives. Because of that experience, Jamie went on to become a functional nutritional therapy practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. She built on that nutrition foundation through additional training on functional testing through Restorative Wellness Solutions programs and supplement knowledge through the Supplement Academy.

What is an FNTP?

A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association. They are a specialized practitioner that performs an in-depth assessment to determine a client's bio-individual needs and utilizes nutritional therapy skills to make nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. FNTPs acknowledge that there is no “one size fits all” approach to health and wellness and instead they recognize bio-individuality and utilize various tools to support a client and his/her wellness goals. The focus of nutritional therapy is a whole food, properly prepared, nutrient dense diet that isn’t a quick fix “diet”, but rather a lifestyle shift.
